3.20 Exploring the possibilities - the place of standardised testing
Back |
Description
This is a new activity. The purpose of this project is to reflect on and refine practice in the use of standardised testing. Learning support teachers will participate in professional dialogue to determine how standardised assessment will be used in conjunction with other information to diagnose areas of need for individual or groups of students and to determine students future goals.
The activity will be managed by a designated officer who will take responsibility for the activity meeting the professional needs of teachers. At this stage of the planning process it is not anticipated that there will be involvement by higher education institutions or professional associations.
